I received my sign broken in half. I contacted you right away with my order number and was told it would be taken care of. If has been 10 days, two emails later, and still no response back. This is my first time ordering from you.

Love it! Came when promised. I got the second choice for my sons nursery and painted it Navy blue. Absolutely beautiful!

So cute! Just like in the picture and awesome quality. The box got damaged while shipping but the bubble wrap protected the product.

THe edges are all rough, needs to be sanded and painted... I was under impression it would be white like picture.. only thing in description is type of wood. It arrived in as unfinished wood with rough edges.. terribly disappointed.

The item came incorrectly and I still haven't been issued a refund or replacement. I'm ill. Cute- but wrong.

I may not have read carefully, but by the picture I thought it was painted. It’s very beautiful, but it is raw wood that needs the edges sanded and painted.

Love. Planning to spray paint them and hang in my girls’ rooms. They turned out great! Shipping took forever and the tracking was always wrong, but overall happy.

I ordered this item from Whimsy Timber in September. My item was supposed to ship "No later than October 11th." This company created a shipping label on October 11th, but nothing was actually shipped. I've emailed them multiple times and haven't received a response. If I could give less than one star, I would. Buyer beware!!!

Very disappointed! Ordered on Sept 26 & item was expected to ship Oct 11. I got tracking the next day, but it has yet to be dropped off at post office. Reached out to seller & never got a response. I went ahead & disputed the charge with my credit card. I will NEVER be purchasing again. I DONT recommend you purchase from seller. Go to Etsy!

Wasn’t shipped by date promised so I don’t have it yet. and getting seller to answer emails asking for updated info is difficult. I’ll rate again when I get it.

Still waiting to receive. Its been weeks. I'm assuming they must have more orders than they thought they would. I emailed the company and they were nice enough to let me know most orders had shipped but it's been several days and still waiting. I wouldn't even leave a review but my Jane App asked me to. So....dunno yet how they look or anything about quality.

My daughters name is Mia Rae. The “a” on both are not closed and look like “c’s” I contacted the seller so hope for a resolution.
