Super sad with this purchase! While the cut out was pretty, it wasnt painted. I couldnt find anywhere where it said it would not be painted white like all the pictures. If it's done in the pictures and it doesn't say it wont be painted of course I expect it to arrive a complete project, paint included. However that is not the case! Contacted shop owner and no response. Very sad. If you want a complete, painted cutout, look elsewhere!
