I ordered three custom name signs. I only received one so I reached out to the seller. I ended up contacting Jane as well. I was told the items I was missing would be sent out the following Monday. I never received the other two names and now I am getting no response from the seller. I am extremely frustrated with the whole situation. Poor customer service on this shops part. 😑

This is just perfect!

This is a picture frame WITH no backing whatsoever. There are NO holes on the back to hang it and there is no picture frame stand on the back either. It is just a wood back. This was supposed to be a gift but I am embarrassed to give it to her. What am I supposed to do, here is a picture frame for you to have to figure out how to hang or set on a table yourself. Also - I had contacted the seller about the shipping date (which was about 3 weeks from the date I actually ordered it) to see if I could get it earlier because it was a gift and no one ever got back to me. So, not great customer service on top of a not so great product. Only purchase this if you are ready to do some extra work to figure out how to hang it.

USPS lost my first package, so I emailed about it and not even a week later they were getting ready to send me a new one. Definitely would order from them again! Great quality, and perfect for my daughters nursery!

Ordered the paw frame, looks as pictured if not better! Love it! Only negative is there isn’t a hook or leg/easel/strut back for hanging or for it to stand on its own! An easy fix for the price!

Awesome material, only thing is the picture looks like the bat is stained and the bat doesn't come stained. Otherwise it's amazing work!
