The lettering is super cute however it arrived without being painted. I was expecting it to look like the photos. ( painted black)

I am so disappointed that I have not received my sign yet. It was purchased on 8/29 and I have yet to receive it. The anticipated ship date was 9/14 but when I click on the shipping, no updates are available. I have wrote to both the seller and to Jane and have yet to receive an answer. I was really looking forward to using this sign in my baby’s nursery who is due in November. If I do not receive an email back about my order, I will be expecting a full refund and I will order elsewhere.

I have not received any information about this, and my emails are not being answered. It was supposed to ship almost two weeks ago.

It was absolutely perfect and exactly as pictured! Perfect size to put above my daughters crib and it came wrapped up and shipped very nicely. Highly recommend!!

This was estimated to ship 2 weeks ago, and I still have not received my item or received any info regarding it. I have tried contacting the seller, and none of my emails will go through. I reached out to the company on Instagram, and they are supposed to be taking care of me. It is very sad that I had to wait this long and I still don’t even have my order. That is unacceptable. But, I am hoping that they will take care of me like they stated on instagram. I am tired of waiting for my order. It’s been almost a month now...
