Adorable!
Great quality piece!! Love that I can customize however I want--I can't wait to order more!
This is a great piece but didnt give it 5 stars because I was unaware it didnt come with the wall hanging material. Other than that great quality and looks beautiful on the wall
Along with what other people have said it took about two weeks longer then the date given to ship. However the seller did respond to my email within a few business days to update me. Just received today and I have to say it is perfect! The wood is nice and thick and would have been much more expensive from anyone I was looking at on Etsy. Great quality piece for the price!
Love them, and so glad just plain wood to paint how we like!
While I received the name signs today and they were fine, I had emailed the seller once through the Jane app right after purchase asking if I could see a mock up of the name in both fonts, and received no response. I sent a separate email 2 weeks after purchase asking the same, and still no response. I checked my junk and spam boxes but still nothing, so after 3 weeks I contacted Jane customer service. They were awesome and emailed the seller on Friday, and suddenly my order shipped and I received it on Monday. However, the seller’s lack of customer service and response leaves a lot to be desired.
My daughters name is Mia Rae. The “a” on both are not closed and look like “c’s” I contacted the seller so hope for a resolution.
Still waiting to receive. Its been weeks. I'm assuming they must have more orders than they thought they would. I emailed the company and they were nice enough to let me know most orders had shipped but it's been several days and still waiting. I wouldn't even leave a review but my Jane App asked me to. So....dunno yet how they look or anything about quality.
Wasn’t shipped by date promised so I don’t have it yet. and getting seller to answer emails asking for updated info is difficult. I’ll rate again when I get it.
Very disappointed! Ordered on Sept 26 & item was expected to ship Oct 11. I got tracking the next day, but it has yet to be dropped off at post office. Reached out to seller & never got a response. I went ahead & disputed the charge with my credit card. I will NEVER be purchasing again. I DONT recommend you purchase from seller. Go to Etsy!
I ordered this item from Whimsy Timber in September. My item was supposed to ship "No later than October 11th." This company created a shipping label on October 11th, but nothing was actually shipped. I've emailed them multiple times and haven't received a response. If I could give less than one star, I would. Buyer beware!!!
Love. Planning to spray paint them and hang in my girls’ rooms. They turned out great! Shipping took forever and the tracking was always wrong, but overall happy.
