Who knows? Still not shipped until today and it's weeks later. No communication. I sent an email as I had transposed two letters in the name which were never acknowledged. Finally says it shipped weeks after I ordered it and I have no idea if it was fixed. Will I order again? Nope!

If I were simply reviewing the product itself, I would give it 5 stars. These names are beautiful, very well made and perfect for my daughter's room. The seller on the other hand is terrible, customer service is nonexistent. Product was supposed to ship by April 7th. When it did not, I attempted to contact the seller for an update with no response. I contacted them numerous times with no reply, after several days I involved Jane Support, who were very prompt, and they tried to contact the seller themselves more than once with no response. I was actually preparing to request a refund on April 19th when I was notified by USPS that my package was out for delivery. Whimsy Timber NEVER corresponded with me, not even one time, to let me know ANYTHING about my order, whether it was delayed, lost or shipped. Nor did they ever update the status of the order until after it was delivered, every time I would check, it still said processing. So, in summary, great product but terrible customer service! Update: Whimsy Timber sent an email explaining that they had experienced a very large theft of the timber that they use to make these names. They had to replace the wood that was stolen, which is hard to come by, and are working on filling all orders now. With this explanation, I can better understand the delay and will change my rating from 1 star to 5. Hope this helps!

I’ve waited over 3 weeks for this for my daughter and still don’t have I’ve emailed the seller 4 times with no response. I’m very upset with this. The label was printed April 1st and still hasn’t been shipped yet. Ridiculous

I never received my order!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the size and quality of these name signs. While I haven’t measured them, I’d say they’re about two feet in length each and are made of a thick cut of wood. I got the unpainted version since I wanted them to be a more unusual color (turquoise). I used a simple tube of craft paint from WalMart and found that one tube was enough to thoroughly paint both signs. It’s a great decor addition to my daughter’s bedroom!

I was Supposed to receive this item on April 9th now it is the 17th and I still have not heard from anyone. I have emailed to the vendor to see what was going on and still have not heard back from them. This is for my sister in laws baby and her baby shower is coming up and I love to receive it before then. My family and I have ordered stuff from Jane before and have had no issues. But this is a little ridiculous almost 10 days past delivery date and NO word on order status.

I have not received the order yet and have been unable to contact seller.

I liked it! A LOT. I was under the impression that they would be finished complete with paint.not a big deal cause we can make it our own. But from the pictures I thought it would be painted already. ONLY reason for the 4 star. Thank you guys. You knocked it out the park!

The sign itself was nice but came damaged and I tried contacting the seller 3x and they did not respond.

My girls loved this for Easter! Will definitely be purchasing more

Never received package and never received a response when I email about it.

It came broken in 2 places. I have no idea who to contact. So I'm out the money. I order a lot on this website but will be careful what I order from now on.

I rarely leave reviews, but I am blown away by the quality and size of these! Beyond worth every penny! Ordered for my 4 kids and I literally could not be happier.
