My grandson will love it! Very well made

Horrible. I ordered my state w a message on it to be a Christmas present for my family out of state. I got my order and there is NOTHING written on my ornament. It doesn't even look like maple wood. More like the 2×4's you get at home depot just cut thin and in the shape of Texas. My invoice even states that I bought and ordered the ornament w the engraving MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM TEXAS. But my ornament is blank. I'm so happy I shipped this to my address first instead of straight to my brother as a present for their first Christmas in a new home. My only hope is that the seller will make good on my order and redo it. Let's hope!!

The shape of NY was really off :(

These arrived today. I am disappointed By the packaging and the size of the ornament is Smaller than I imagined them. After seeing them I would only use them as a gift topper so I wouldn’t pay more than $5 for them. They came in s package that says paci clip and has a duck on them. Confusing. Won’t gift them in the packaging

I am giving this item a bad review, only because I have yet to have received it. I ordered it well over 3 weeks ago. It shipped on December 10th, and it’s now December 20th.... still has not been delivered. Way to long on shipping! Maybe I’ll get it in time for Christmas....

Product while nice hand made, the string is cheap, the heart appears to be drawn on with an ink pen and there was no personalization as I requested. Would NOT suggest to order. Disappointed.

very fast shipping considering it is a customized item, but not the quality i was expecting, and the heart for the chosen town had only 1/3 showing and looked like it was made with a ball point pen. the town is close to the coast, but i would have assumed that would have just meant a small heart, not that it would be cut off.

I like the idea, but if you live in a square state it’s pretty lame. The heart also looks like it’s scribbled on in pen. Might be cute if you live in a state that has some shape to it, otherwise it’s boring and not worth the money.

I gave the city location & it was put in the wrong place on the state ornament.

Love the ornament, but wish the hanger was a little nicer or more decorative. Shipping was not as fast as I would have hoped. It took 18 days from date of purchase ... and luckily I did receive it in time for Christmas.

Cute-heart was kind of off the edge. Would have rathered heart me moved over a tad to fit completely on even if it was in the exact spot of city.
