The sign is very nice but my sign came missing the cardinal. I contacted the seller and had immediate response and was informed it would be replaced but I am still waiting and it has been a month. The customer service isn't up to par which is too bad as the product is nice

This product came without the essential part ..the cardinal. I emailed the seller...they promised to send me the cardinal and glue to fix the problem. It's been weeks and I have still yet to receive it. This was meant for a gift for the loss of a loved one. I'm still waiting to be able to gift it. Very disappointed!
