Glasses are super cute. Only thing is I ordered the Black pair but got a Rose Gold pair. I contacted the seller letting them know about the mix up but never got a response! Still think they are cute and I love the pair I got anyway!

This seller never shipped my item or responded to emails. Ordered on July 13th. Still unresponsive as of July 30th.

I am still waiting to receive this product. It was supposed to ship out 2 weeks ago and it's still processing. I've tried to contact the seller and have not received a reply. Very frustrating. What's really stupid is you can't cancel an order once a shipping label has been created, which they did 2 weeks ago...but still haven't actually shipped it. So I can't cancel my order and they're ignoring me. I would love my money back!

I ordered these face masks back in June. I am a teacher and needed these to wear over my mask. I never received them as of 7/21. Contacted company and they never returned my email. Had to contact Jane support. Jane contacted them asking them to message me about my order. They still did not email me. Sad that this happened considering this is needed for safety.
