I purchased a square one and the stone is not set in it centered so there is a large gap at the top. I reached out to customer service but never received a response. Disappointed.

The back of the earring will not unscrew.

This necklace broke the first time I wore it. The chain stayed linked but the bar came off and I never found it.

They are pretty but so thin and fragile looking. I expected them to be a little more heavy and not paper thin. They are also very bright and almost white. They are pretty, but not what was expected. Personally I wouldn't have got then if i realized but i think others would still like them

Item was defected… there was a huge scratch on it… there’s no way it can be worn.
