I would size up for a looser fitting

I definitely didn’t receive the item I bought. It’s supposed to be a high low style shirt. I received a mini dress. I read reviews that said to size down so I usually order a XL( I hate tight fitting clothes) so I ordered a L and I received a tight mini t-shirt dress. I was excited to get a high -low t-shirt so I’m super bummed.

Comfy, but just a regular t-shirt, nothing fancy.
