I love love love this shirt! I have bought several and plan to every time they are on the site. I find them true to size, they shrink a bit but not significantly after washing. I have all but the navy color. The length is perfect to cover my front and back sufficiently when wearing leggings but not too long that it feels like I am drowning in fabric. I have had many compliments on them and have had a few friends and coworkers who have also ordered after seeing them.
