The cuff on my shirt was unraveled when it arrived. I reached out immediately and was told to send it back for a refund but that Jane doesn’t provide shipping labels or refund shipping costs. The shipping was almost half as much as the shirt cost.

Very soft, which is the winning quality. I bought two, looking for just basic plain shirts. They live up to the slim fit title, fitting even a little closer than I hoped. Still worth keeping and wearing though.
