Hi there, I am so sorry that you haven't received your order! According to my records, these were shipped over a week ago. I actually emailed you two days ago after checking over my orders, notifying you that I saw that the package hadn't moved and that I was sending you a new pair, plus an additional pair as an apology for the lost package.
