I ordered 3 ornaments. They were so cute... only problem is I ordered one with 6 faces and when it arrived it was a 5 face ornament. Too late to reorder..

Absolutely poor quality The pictures show nice ceramic appearing ornaments The ornament came and it was dirty rubber Mark's all over it that I could get clean off I would absolutely 100% not recommending wasting your money In addition I ordered on 12/5/20 and I received it 1/5/21 At that point they my as well have just kept it, especially for the very poor quality

I ordered this ornament on another web site and forgot to order an extra one for my parents. I saw this on Jane and bought another one for them. When it came it was rubber and the quality was very bad. Not as nice as the other site I ordered from before. I would not order this again from this seller.

I gave a 4 because customer service is on point with response. I never received my product do to the mail lost my items after it was shipped

The gloves are good quality. I have a pair similar that have a velcro fastener around the wrist which really gives some extra help around the wrist. That's the only thing I would add; would be the extra compression around the wrist. I probably should have ordered a small instead of a M. I was right on the cusp on measurement and I thought it'd be better to go up than down and have it too tight. I would order these again but maybe in a small. I'll have to wear these a couple of weeks and see how the medium feels.

This is a great product.There were shipping issues due to the carrier and the company was very helpful.

The product itself was fine, but it took 24 days to get to my home, which meant the Christmas ornament arrived AFTER Christmas. To my knowledge, there wasn't anywhere in my order that gave a time frame of delivery, I just assumed it was a 2020 ornament and would only take a week or so. So frustrated.
