These do help some. My worst time is while I'm sleeping, but I was only able to wear for about an hr before having to take them off. I do a lot of computer work & it has eased some of the pain while wearing them.

The mesh lid part won’t stay attached to the body of the steeper, I’m constantly having to snap it back in place. If you use the plunger, the mesh lid part opens and the leaves fall out. Not worth the hassle.
