This thing is awesome! I was skeptical until I received it. I wish it came with instructions on how to put on but I finally figured it out and you step into it an pull it up! I have a very bad back and it really helps for light compression and also under my back brace when I walk the dogs! Helps keep the low back warm and smooths out the muffin that pops out when I must wear the back brace! I highly recommend this. It does roll at times (usually when you have to go potty only, you have readjust it) but mostly stays in place! I need more of these. :D

I thought I'd try this on a lark, but it's pretty effective! It does create a crease across my butt, yet it's good for the torso.
