Cheap material- assume it will break after a use or two
Thinner than expected but sturdy cover
The humidifier works great. It'd be perfect if you didn't have to turn it upside down to fill it.
Nice quality brushes but the bag has an awful odor.

Sent the wrong size,contacted seller to get correct size. They never responded to my email. Will not buy from this seller again.
I was so excited for this to show up on my door step but was disappointed with the product. I have a Ford Explorer and it barely fit across the windshield. It was not wide enough for it at all. Then if there was a little bit of wind it was hard to shut the door on the flaps.
Nose trimmers work pretty good and the side burn one. But the other one just pulls on the hairs and doesn't do anything.

Item came broken no response from seller they just sent another one and it too was broken sent another email and nothing very poor service
