I have yet to receive my order which was supposed to ship by April 14th. I contacted the seller on the 24th to cancel my order (since it was a gift) and per Jane was still “Processing”. I received a “copy and pasted” email telling me that my order had already been shipped and that basically it was the postal service who was the problem. Ironically, two days later, I get a notification that my package had arrived at the post office to be shipped and that it should arrive to me in the 30th of April. I was told by the seller that I would need to refuse the package when it arrived in order to be refunded. I order weekly from Jane and have NEVER had an issue like this before. Horrible customer service!
