Perfect skirt for church on Sunday or for a wedding.

It just fits weird. Doesn't fit me like the model. It's the arms. I read other reviews that warned of this, but I liked the look on the model and ordered anyways. The loose part on top of the sleeve sticks out weird before the lower 2/3rds gets tight on your arm. Guess I'm going to try and return it. I'm 5'6" 140lbs for reference. I got a small and it fit well other than the weird arms.
