I placed this order on July 6, 2017 and it arrived on July 19, 2017. (It took 13 days to arrive...not acceptable.) Shiny sleeves...not attractive. NOT worth $9.99 plus a shipping fee of $3.99 for a total of $13.98. I ordered the Gray (blue sleeves). The sleeves are more of a shiny light greenish blue. Would not recommend this shirt.
