Adorable shirt but a little baggy!

The pants are super cute! But the waist is super long and I ordered a size larger than my normal size and was so glad I did - the fit is very tight and they run very small. Take my advice and size up! Also a little tight in the thighs for me, so potentially not made for women with more muscular thighs.

Some reviews say it runs small, but I feel it was a little big. I feel like it's a little wide at the hips. I'm 5'4 and 145lbs and got a size M. Could just be the style of the shirt though. Honestly I just feel like mine was mis-sized. It's super cute and very comfortable! The reviews about the red/black checkered part being a weird shiny fabric is true, I don't mind it, but it is the entire back of the shirt. Over all I like it, just wish I would have gotten the small.

I was looking forward to wearing this dress for fall, however, it is not what I expected. It's very shiny, like silk and more of a copper than burgundy. Will try to return.
