Ordered this shirt 17 days ago and still have not received it.

Very cute & worth the money. Fit a bit larger than expected.
I would love to review this product but I have yet to receive it. Today is the 17th days since placing the order. I emailed several times and finally got a reply stating that they had to contact the shipping carrier but offering to refund my shipping fees. That was 2 days ago. I am very unhappy with the lack of communication & willingness to correct the issue.
