Drawstring fell out in first wash and now they are too big

Took forever to get and they sent me a basic t-shirt

Ordered the shirt on 12/9 here we are 12/25 hoping to have the shirt by Christmas still don't have it. Given 2 different tracking numbers says waiting to receive from sender. I've asked for a refund through the vendor and Jane they said 1-2 days and still nothing. Very disappointed considering I have purchased from tickled teal before.

Cute top, but the sleeves are really full and big and look funny on my small frame. I ordered a small, and it fits like a medium or even a large.
