Unfortunately this item was not what I expected. Would like to return. More of a shirt than a tunic

Was suppose to be delivered on December 19. It is January 2, I still haven’t received item!!
It’s such a cute dress, very soft but was way too big. I don’t feel that the numerical sizes matched the letter sizes very well. Definitely size down.
Ordered a size small and got a size large in the mail! Very disappointing!
