Medium rise elastic top pants

My issue isn't with the product, but the time it took the product to ship I ordered something else from Jane days after and received it almost a week before I received this

Love this shirt- have two of them. I am normally a medium and very busty and this lays nicely on me without being tight

I do really like the shirt; however, I am very disappointed that even after reading the reviews, the shirt that arrived was HUGE. I normally wear a large and ordered a small after reading the reviews. The shirt does not look good as a result of being soooooo big. I usually love Tickled Teal but this time, not so much.

I ordered my usual size, and it’s fine for wearing over a thin top, but the front sides do not meet/overlap and it’s a bit snug in the shoulders and arms. I have had it for a few months and haven’t worn it yet because I’m not comfortable with the fit.

I loved this top, however the second time I put it on the material on the black portion had tears all over it. By the end of the day I had pulled my sleeves up just a bit and ripped a huge hole. I had to throw the shirt away as there was no salvaging it
