The Amani Tie Dress

The tie does not sit at the waistline, which I guess would be fine, but it’s above the seam on the dress so it makes no sense. If there wasn’t a seam it would be one thing, but there’s a seam below my chest and then the friggen tie goes across my chest and it looks dumb. Maybe this dress isn’t for busty people.
