Poor communication. I emailed them and no response. I ordered a particular strap and they shipped something different. The bag itself is cute, but I will never use it now because the strap they sent is ugly.

Cute purse, as described. There is a faint orange colored stain across the front of the bag, right where the outside pocket is. I’m going to try and get it off, but not sure what it’s from.

Perfect size--large enough to carry more than just my phone but not too large that its bulky. Loved the variety of strap options.

Latches into seat belt receptacle nicely and works great at keeping my dog from moving around too much.
