I wasn’t completely satisfied with my product so I contacted the owners. They so graciously gave me a complete refund, at the request that I gift the product or donate it to someone else! While the product didn’t work out, I am so impressed by this company’s customer care and vision that I would definitely buy from them again.

Honestly I’m really disappointed. I ordered the small white stone pop socket and what I received looks more like a clump of white dried play doh then granite. There’s no gray lines. I was so excited... :(

The pink color bled off onto my hands. Not happy with it. Did not meet expectations.

The pink stone is a faded pink. I was expecting a bright hot pink that the pictures showed. The pop socket itself was very cheap... would not recommend. Edit: this company has amazing customer service. I did not reach out to the company but based off my review they refunded my money and offered a replacement in a different color. They truly went above and beyond!

I ordered a Medium and the stone doesn’t even cover the grip. I guess I should have ordered a large. The medium looks tacky to me with the white showing all around the stone. Although I was disappointed with the product, the customer service was excellent.

I wasn't happy with my original purchase. They quickly shipped me another phone grip in order to make sure I was satisfied with their product. Great customer service! Thank you so much!

Would not recommend. It is very cheap looking and does not look like the picture. Yes, I understand that not all rocks will look like the picture. However, I ordered the large but mine doesn’t even cover the pop socket and I was thinking it would be a thicker rock. The paint job is really what I’m so disappointed with. Edit: Wow. I’ve got to say that at first I gave this one star because of the product itself. After receiving an email from the company, I decided to change it to three stars. I appreciate any company that takes the time to make sure their customer is happy.

••UPDATE•• This company has great customer service. They reached out to me and are fixing the issue l had. They will have my business from now on! It’s cute and what l expected when l ordered, but it didn’t stick to my phone for more than an hour.

The pop socket sticker is not staying on my phone. Was contacted by the company to replace my pop socket, and received excellent customer service!!
