This was my FIRST REVIEW ... Pink faded the first few days and not two weeks of having it, it’s is BROKEN!! stone fell off and will not stay on!!! However, within 20 minutes The Threaded Pear sent me a personal email apologizing and explaining the product problems. They also sent me a new one before I had even tried contacting them. AMAZING customer service. I will try any of their products with customer service as AWESOME as this!!

-sent me a replacement and it’s working well! Thank you!!- It was awesome, broke in 4 days. A plastic prong broke off so the top piece with the stone popped off anytime you pulled the socket up. Too bad. 🙁

Not made very well; the stone will not stay on the grip. One of the little broke when I opened it at first and a second broke on day 3.

Was not white as pictured, it’s just a rock. Looks terrible. Very heavy.

I love the pink stone and find it super helpful when texting one handed with my iPhone 7 plus. It works perfectly with my life proof case.

I ordered a pink stone pop socket and it started fading the very next day. It's almost completely white now only three days on my phone edit: this company reached out to me after seeing my review. they refunded my money and sent me a new pop socket. The color still rubs off on your hands a little but i really appreciate them trying to fix the situation.

Broke not even a week after I had it..

I originally gave the product a 3 star review because I could see the pop socket very clearly and not just the rock. Without any notice at all the seller sent me a new one in the mail where you can’t see it at all! Excellent customer service! I will be buying from the Threaded Pear again!

Color wears off within a few days. Don’t waste your money.

Bought as part of our daughters 12th bday gift. She loves it!
