I got the wrong color sent to me and they immediately replied and shipped the correct color, along with an emailed shipping label to send the other bag back. This is my “on the road” bag. Holds my toiletries and things I like to keep at hand when we are away for a long weekend. Very sturdy bag.

I gave this review 5 stars because I think it’s really cute. Fast shipping and package was intact. I purchased it for a Christmas gift so it hasn’t been used yet so I can’t review about effectiveness of the product.
