Amazing customer service!!!! I ordered this item and was so excited for it but it got lost in the mail. I contacted the seller and she offered a full refund or replacement. Not only did she offer this but her response was so quick and kind.

These are very cute and sturdy! Gave them as gifts and the girls at worked loved them. I did receive a damaged one, but was sent a replacement immediately.

Arrived earlier than expected and came with an extra bag. Very happy with purchase!

I got the green and not only is it a beautiful unisex color but it also works well! My dog allows himself to be buckled in & although a medium/large dog, it still fits! Thanks, The Threaded Pear!💝☺☺
