The cutters really do the job as intended. I bought two cutters, a triangular one and a heart shaped one.Threaded Pear sent me a complimentary round one as a gift along with a lovely Thank You card for my order. One of my cutters had been damaged in shipping, but Threaded Pear replaced it immediately upon notification from Jane customer support. The customer support at Jane and Threaded Pear were both great! I can't wait to use my heart shaped cutter for Valentine's Day!
