I’m conflicted… I love this purse and I get compliments all of the time…. But I’ve been meaning to reach out to the company because the zipper pocket on the inside where I keep lipgloss etc has ripped already. The lipgloss has slid through into the bottom of the purse. I haven’t had the purse that long. Otherwise I like the purse. Maybe I can get a replacement
