Recommended yes and no. I bought it for my parents dog. She destroyed it within 30 minutes. Meaning she basically shredded it. She is mix breed about 40plus lbs.
The Velcro is not strong enough to hold the slats in place.
These are sooo cute and fun! So happy with these! I have not baked with them yet but def looking forward to it!

Vegan leather is very soft and pliable. Not rigid. Strap is thick and sturdy. Very pleased.
