I ordered the wrong size and contacted seller to switch out the old band for a new one. I sent mine back like they requested and still haven't received a new band nor a refund. I have tried contacting seller multiple times and cannot get a response. I was looking forward to this band but am no very disappointed by the lack of customer service.
