Wish I could review have not received yet. Says estimated shipping date was 11.28. No updates from seller :(

I was not sent my correct order, still waiting for someone from the Sign Shoppe to respond back to my emails... The quality of the letter I received is super cute, I could give better reviews.

I am happy with the tiles however I contacted the seller to try to by an additional letter since I purchased the incorrect letter and they never contacted me back.

Only got one ordered four and paid for four. It is smaller than I thought.

It's been almost a month and I've yet to receive my order...my card, however, was charged almost immediately. I've contacted the seller and have yet to receive a response. Unfortunately, I'm now going to have to start a charge dispute process.

Cheap looking

Don't do it! I still don't have my purchase. I have reached out and asked the status and heard nothing. It said "shipped" by March 24 but the tracking info says "Pre-shipment" so the post hasn't received it to process. I have now asked the seller for a refund. We will see if I hear anything now. It is very poor business to have a product not ship nearly 2 weeks after you state it will and not provide any word to the buyer, even after multiple attempts by the buyer to inquire. I will reach out to the Jane company if I hear nothing today. I do not like poor business practice at all.

THEY WERE NOT METAL. THEY WERE GLASS AND THERE IS NO WAY TO HANG THEM !! NOT A HAPPY CAMPER !

Super disappointed. Took forever to arrive and they are tiny! Plus there is nothing to hang them with, which I assume is what most people do with them. Not what I expected and wouldn’t have spent the money on it had I known how lame the letters would turn out.

Have tried multiple times to contact them as the post office did not deliver to my house and returned package to them and they will not respond to my request to either resend to me or refund me.

I had placed an order almost a month ago and still haven’t received my stuff. I tried emailing this company and have has no reply. Would give a comment on the actual products but wouldn’t know what it looks like in person.

These letters are smaller than I realized. Too small for wall hanging.

These are much smaller than they appear in the pictures. They are about the size of a drink coaster, which might be how I use them now since hanging on the wall is no longer an option because of the size. Zooming in to make them appear larger doesn't seem to be a fair representation of the item.
