What I expected, good quality - just wish the print was a little darker.

The product quality is good. However, I accidentally ordered the wrong sign and I reached out to the email on Jane to see if anything could be done. I never received a response. If nothing could be done, that is fine. But, there was no reply at all. I am disappointed with the customer service but like the product.

Love the sign but it took a very long time to arrive.
