My one star review is not for the product, but for their customer service. Their personalization field on the order form only allows for one line. There are no instructions to put both zip and city/state on the one line. When I received the pillow with only the zip code, their customer service was completely unsatisfactory. Instead of working with me, the only option they gave me was to purchase another pillow.

I love this shirt! Fits true to size. I’m 5’4” 150 lbs and ordered a medium. If you want a larger fit, size up.
