Bought for granddaughter and she loves it.

Bought 3 of these for Christmas presents, they all loved them.
Very disappointed that it says linen lumbar pillow but it’s actually a cover. I wouldn’t have paid $20 for a cover & now will have to spend another $20 for a pillow. The quality seems to be good though.
Fair quality, did not come as ordered, poor customer service.
My one star review is not for the product, but for their customer service. Their personalization field on the order form only allows for one line. There are no instructions to put both zip and city/state on the one line. When I received the pillow with only the zip code, their customer service was completely unsatisfactory. Instead of working with me, the only option they gave me was to purchase another pillow.
Fabric is low quality, product not as described. Customer service not helpful.
Super cute, well made except.. good luck finding a pillow that will fit! This case is small!
