The fact I never received my order was not due to the seller but the postal system. The reason for my 1 star was they ignored my request for a refund.

Hi there! We never ignore any emails. In fact, we are known to respond within minutes. Please make sure you sent us the email, instead of Jane Support. Jane Support is great! But sometimes they are backed up and might not respond until 24-48 hours later. If you contact Jane Support, we do not receive that email. Upon checking over the inbox, we are still not showing an email about a lost order, or an email that has not been responded to. With that being said, if USPS shipped your item to the wrong location, you can file a claim with Route! Hopefully Jane Support was able to walk you through this :) We are so sorry you had a bad experience, but we just want you to know that you were not ignored. We value our customers and would never ignore them.

I loved this skirt but had to return due to it being to big. I'm 8-10 and I order a medium it was to big. Fabrice was lovely and not to thin would recommend, just take sizing into consideration.

Extra long. I’m 5’10” and I still had to cuff them but I don’t mind that. They are very destroyed up high on the thigh which I wasn’t expecting. It’s too much for my liking. They are very stretchy and comfortable.
