Better than expected! It holds just the right amount of food for my long 10-12 hour shifts. Keeps it cold. Extra flap in the front to keep napkins dry.

I’m only giving this two stars because they refunded my money, but they messed up my sons name which is a pretty common name. So now the lunchbox is completely useless, but again they did refund my money quickly.
