I ordered Nov 23rd 2021 and they said that they were delivered Aug 3 2021, and to a different state!! I am changing my review from 1-3 because I received my order and it is correct but the tracking for this is way off. It still says it was delivered to New York on Aug 3rd. I understand that there are computer glitches this time of the year but I contacted the seller to receive nothing from them. Glad that I received my items because my card was charged right away.

We did not receive any communication from this customer other than this review that was originally written 5 days after the order was placed and a day before the order was delivered. WE reached out through email to explain what happened, but never received a response. This order shipped 11/24 and was delivered 11/29. Unfortunately, USPS issued the package a "recycled" tracking number and it was several days after the package shipped before the old tracking for the previous package was deleted and the new tracking scans for this package were displayed. We are very sorry for this inconvenience that was beyond our control, but happy the package was delivered quickly.
