We did not receive any email communication from this customer stating they received the wrong items; only this review. If a customer does not receive what they ordered, we will always correct the mistake. We received an email from this customer stating their packages were stolen from their porch and then later an email requesting a cancellation. They were emailed directions to file a claim for package theft and after seeing this review we emailed offering to correct any mistake on our part, but we never heard back.
