I should have read reviews! Ordered 3 and 1 was smudged (iron on) on 2 of the letters and they felt okay to send me that😡
So far I’m giving this a 1 star. I ordered this product over 3 weeks ago (November 19th) and received a confirmation that my order was to ship on December 5th. On December 10th I still hadn’t received the order or any mail updates or tracking info so I emailed the shop owner. When I didn’t hear back I emailed Janes customer service. They response promptly and included the shop owner on our thread. The owner apologized for the delay and said she wasn’t sure why the order hadn’t arrived and why there were no tracking updates. But she was kind enough to stare she’d resend the order. I’m holding out hope it arrives in time for Christmas since the items I ordered are for my grandchildren. I’ll update this review once I have the products

The name on the pillow case I received had my sons name spelled completely wrong. His name was spelled correct on the receipt. I’m very disappointed in this product.
Writing looks faded and rather cheap.
Ordered two pillowcases for Christmas gifts. One was adorable. Couldn't read the name (letters too close together) on the other pillowcase. Contacted seller for help, but no response. Very disappointed!
The price was not bad at all but I expected a better quality product. I’m not as pleased with this product as I hoped to be.
The color was faded out/kind of smeared on the bottom left of the names.
The case itself is an awful material. No child would like it. The print of the name is cheaply done. Very pale, not like the picture. I thought since the original ad showed stitching, it was an applique, or at least an iron on. Very disappointed. I could do it better myself. I will not be gifting this as planned. Waste of money.
