Ordered to have a matching set for my son and daughter and the stitching on hers was the incorrect color, no longer matching big bro 👎🏻 Tried emailing to no avail

Ordered nov 10 - it is now Christmas Eve — I ordered 2 items and neither came in before Christmas. So now I will have to pay to re-ship and of course I had to go buy gifts to replace. Vendor should have notified me if the items were not going to make it before Christmas. Over 6 weeks is ridiculous.

Slightly smaller than expected, cheaper product and embroidery was poor. Im mostly disappointed with the quality of embroidery. The thread was not tight enough and had some small gaps in the letters where you could see the fabric underneath.

It's a Christmas gift but size appears to be true. It's great quality and so cute.

These are adorable! I purchased for my 4yr old and 3 month old granddaughters! I wish I had got a white monogram on the pink because the pink was too close in color to the jacket color, so it blended!

Super cute! The monogram is too big for the size of the jacket. Maybe it can't be adjusted.
