I am so bummed. I have two of these bags for my boys and wanted to get their sister a matching bag. But, the bag came in with her name misspelled. I emailed the seller in September, no response. I just tried again. I hope this can be remedied since clearly I spelled my daughters name correctly when I ordered it.

.When I received the bags they were 2 different sizes completely. I contacted seller with no response

My item was a Halloween tote order which arrived with the incorrect personalization (wrong name). I emailed the seller and she advised a new bag would be made and mailed right away. This correspondence occurred on September 10, 2021 (with reply on September 13, 2021). I emailed again for a status update on September 27, 2021 as I had not received the item or any additional email. No response. Admin at Jane attempted to email seller on October 3 and never received a response.
