I love these! The company sent updates on production and a notification of shipping. The shaft is slightly larger in circumference than I hoped, but I'm still very satisfied!

I was upset when I received this package because I ordered an 8. I had read they were small so ordered up. However, I was sent a 9. I was very upset thinking they would never fit. The size 9 did fit and normal they wear a 7-1/2. So size up. The reason four stars is because it shipped a week later than scheduled and the quality of the boots weren’t as good as I expected.

I’ve been very pleased with their customer service. I received the wrong size , they were quick to reply and fix the mistake. Boots are super cute!!

Never recieved them bc they were delivered to the wrong address. But the seller did her best to cooperate with me and refund my money.

Worn all day, very comfy, ordered the zipper up the back, calf if larger than I expected.

I normally wear a 7.5 so I got an 8 after reading the reviews about the size and reading not to go a size up because they would automatically upsize for me and I didn’t thinking they would. Well they didn’t and the shoe is too small. I have sent an email but haven’t gotten a response not sure if I contacted the right person or not. But overall I love love the show the inside is comfortable I loved the way they fit with my jeans on. I wish someone could help me I want the right size!!

*Update* seller has refunded me my money so for that i have changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.* I want to love these boots but even though I ordered a size 10 (normally a 9) i still cannot wear them! There is also a seam going down the front on each boot that is glued and stuck together and there's no way to get it apart. I had contacted the seller twice regarding these issues & she responded with needing my order #. I responded to that message twice and have yet to hear back from her. $70 wasted!!! I would never buy from this seller again.

Sent seller an email to verify the monogram, they never replied and the item was sent with the wrong monogram. Emailed them after product was received with no reply again. Review update: never got in touch with seller but if you have an issue be sure to contact Jane.com customer service first! They were amazing and credited me in Jane credit so that I could buy the boots with the correct monogram! Their text customer service was impeccable!! Props to Jane 🥰

They are a great quality . The Brown was out so I️ ordered blue but brown arrived .

The embroidery is perfect. I love the navy! They are a little large in the calf but I actually prefer that. Easily fixed with some cute boot socks. If you size down there is a zipper in the back too!
