I was so excited about this bag I ordered as a Christmas gift. The bag finally came in and the name was spelled wrong. The name I submitted was correct. I have emailed the seller twice and gotten no reply. So now to scramble and find another gift. So disappointed.

Ordered in the beginning of December it is February 6th and still have not received my order from them (bag & rain jacket). This was originally supposed to be a Christmas gift, and now it is almost Valentines Day. Very disappointed. It has said it was shipped on Dec. 16 but obviously was not.

The monogramming is wrong and have heard nothing from the store despite my attempt to contact to fix it.

I contacted the seller because the monogram was wrong. Hopefully I hear back to get them replaced

I never received these and I can't get the owner to return my email.

I have contacted seller numerous times with no response and order has yet to ship. Shipping label was created over 10 days ago.

I ordered these as a shower gift for my daughter that is expecting. When she opened them she noticed they were damaged in two different areas from the monogramming. I immediately sent an email to The Sassy Seamstress and have yet to hear from them. I wouldn't dare order anything else from this person. On a positive note the support at Jane has been outstanding even though they didn't get a response from Sassy Seamstress either. Jane is refunding in full for the purchase and is totally embarrassed at the fact that a response hasn't been returned...that is true customer service. I will continue to shop on Jane, just not this particular vendor.

The seams had strings hanging down in several spots. In addition, when I emailed them I received unprofessional customer service. Would not return emails nor work to make alterations. I would not recommend.

The fit was good, but I was very disappointed in the monogramming! It wasn't very tight and you could see white on the shorts. I've had a lot of things monogrammed for my grandson, but I've never seen anything so sloppy than this! I do like the material of the shorts!
