Not machine washable.

These are very poor quality. I want my money back.

The print is blurry as if in a rush to steam the pattern onto the pillow case. Was going to give as a gift but am not comfortable gifting a sloppy- looking print.

The case itself is an awful material. No child would like it. The print of the name is cheaply done. Very pale, not like the picture. I thought since the original ad showed stitching, it was an applique, or at least an iron on. Very disappointed. I could do it better myself. I will not be gifting this as planned. Waste of money.

The name on the pillow case I received had my sons name spelled completely wrong. His name was spelled correct on the receipt. I’m very disappointed in this product.

Not worth the money I spent on this!!!!

So far I’m giving this a 1 star. I ordered this product over 3 weeks ago (November 19th) and received a confirmation that my order was to ship on December 5th. On December 10th I still hadn’t received the order or any mail updates or tracking info so I emailed the shop owner. When I didn’t hear back I emailed Janes customer service. They response promptly and included the shop owner on our thread. The owner apologized for the delay and said she wasn’t sure why the order hadn’t arrived and why there were no tracking updates. But she was kind enough to stare she’d resend the order. I’m holding out hope it arrives in time for Christmas since the items I ordered are for my grandchildren. I’ll update this review once I have the products

I should have read reviews! Ordered 3 and 1 was smudged (iron on) on 2 of the letters and they felt okay to send me that😡

This is junk. I really want my money back.

Do not waste your money!!! Ordered 5 I was ok with 1. Fonts were different, letters are on top of each in no particular order. You can barely read the names. Big waste of money!!!!

Very disappointed. Product is definitely not as pictured. Letters in name are all mushed together to the point you have to squint to differentiate. Would not purchase again or recommend.

My pillowcase was not as pictured. I emailed twice and heard nothing in return. Would not recommend ! !

The pillowcases are very thin and the names are just a screen print...which by the way were off center and look terrible. I expected them to be centered on the pillowcase in the very least. I would not recommend spending $18 a pillowcase.

I order this back on November, it saids it shipping December 1st. I still haven't received it. Iv email the seller 2 times with no response, to find out if anyone else's order is being held at the shipping facility. These are Christmas gift and i understand usps is slow and Christmas is still over a week away but a response would be nice. ndll ed

The pictures in advertisement are much better looking than the actual product I was very disappointed when I received my grandson's pillow case His name was screen printed on and is much smaller scale does not fill out the pillow case like the pictures look

Nothing like pictures! The names on pillowcases were half the size, did not cover whole pillowcase as shown, very disappointed !

Cheap looking for the price

I never received my order. They were Christmas gifts. Since I didn’t I got a full refund.
